01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bk4444 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no currency conversion fees applied by bk4444 on BDT transactions.

The minimum deposit on bk4444 is 200 BDT. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact bk4444 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within two hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• bk4444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bk4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Offers page at the time the bonus is claimed. The general rules below apply to all bk4444 bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on bk4444 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. This ensures that every result is independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous rounds or player behaviour. Return to Player (RTP) figures are published for all games on bk4444.

By playing any game on bk4444, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the bk4444 server records, the server records will be considered the authoritative source.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on bk4444.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with bk4444 games.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering: Using bk4444 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or providing false personal information.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one bk4444 account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

bk4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

If your bk4444 account is suspended due to a suspected breach of terms, you will be notified by email. During the suspension period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. bk4444 will investigate the matter and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If the closure is not related to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

Inactive accounts: A bk4444 account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. bk4444 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee is 200 BDT per month and will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

09 Responsible Gaming
